Approximately 60,000 visitors attended the four-day Fort Lauderdale Home Design and Remodeling Show, held from May 25 through 28. Guests experienced Florida’s home remodeling industry at its best, visiting with a diverse range of exhibitors tailored specifically toward the state’s housing market.
The show featured four standing-room-only presentations by DIY Network’s Matt Blashaw, the show’s celebrity designer, as well as room vignettes, including one by designer Perla Lichi inspired by the blue-and-white colors of a Roberto Cavalli credenza.
“The Fort Lauderdale Home Design and Remodeling Show closed out a successful weekend featuring over 250 businesses showcasing some of the latest home design and improvement trends to the South Florida market,” says Adam Kayce, vice president and show director of Home Show Management Corp., producer of the Fort Lauderdale show. “The event provided a platform for these businesses to directly connect and interact with tens of thousands of local homeowners and industry professionals.”
