During Paris Design Week, the ASID NY Metro Chapter’s 2nd Annual Paris Experience was a unique opportunity for a delegation of high-profile interior designers from the New York area to connect with one another and view firsthand many important, long-lasting trends from the design festival that influence their local design businesses.
Twenty-five attendees joined past ASID NY Metro presidents Kim Radovich, Bjorn Bjornsson and Robin Baron, president-elect Benjamin Huntington, and then Long Island liaison to the chapter Katharine McGowan and her predecessor, Jackie Higgins, for four days of experiences in the City of Light.
On Sunday, the group partnered with The Antiques Diva, Toma Clark Haines, for the 7th Annual Paris Flea Market Champagne Brunch at the Paris flea market Marché aux Puces. During this celebration of design and community, attendees enjoyed Champagne, catered bites and live jazz music while discovering one-of-a-kind treasures in the world-famous Marché Dauphine. Clark Haines gave a special guided tour and shared insider wisdom on her favorite destinations.
