This is a full-time on-site role for a Window Treatment/Soft-Goods Design Consultant. The Design Consultant will be responsible for providing white-glove personally managed projects, high quality customer service, creative custom design; such as window treatments, shades, shutters, bedding and re-upholstery. The role will involve collaborating with clients to create custom design solutions that reflect their personal style and needs. Design compensation plan is commission base: consisting of new clients, repeat business and referrals.
Quality customer service and high-end sales experience
Drapery and Soft-goods design expertise
Knowledge and experience with the custom design process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in home decor and design industry
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Attention to detail and creativity in design solutions
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Self-motivated, driven and passionate
