We’re hiring a Procurement Specialist to fully own procurement for our high-end residential projects. This is a remote position working on Pacific Time (PST), supporting a small design team with multiple active projects and tight timelines.
What you’ll own
• End-to-end procurement management for high-end residential projects
• Create and maintain purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Track order status, lead times, shipping, deliveries, damages/returns, and backorders
• Coordinate with vendors, showrooms, workrooms, and receiving/white-glove delivery
• teams
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date procurement logs and project folders
• Flag risks early (lead times, discontinuations, delays) and source alternatives quickly
• Keep the team informed with clear updates and documentation
Ensure procurement stays aligned with strict timelines and shifting project priorities
Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using Houzz Pro for procurement/order tracking
• 2+ years of experience with Google Drive (organized file management is a must)
• Extremely detail-oriented; able to manage many moving parts at once
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with a small design team
• Proven ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve when items change or become
unavailable

• Familiarity with SketchUp
• Familiarity with Dubsado
• Experience supporting high-end residential design projects
