Catherine Olasky Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support the execution of high-end residential interior design projects from concept through completion. This is a client-facing, operations-focused role responsible for keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward.
This is not a design role. It is ideal for someone who thrives on details, coordination, and follow-through—and who enjoys supporting a creative team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Coordinate day-to-day project logistics across multiple active projects
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and project trackers to keep timelines on track
• Maintain project documentation (meeting notes, approvals, correspondence, specifications, status updates)
• Support client communications and ensure follow-ups are completed promptly
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members
• Manage shipping and logistics for items arriving from domestic and international sources
• Keep project files and internal systems organized, accurate, and easy to access
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years experience supporting interior design projects (high-end residential strongly preferred)
• Excellent written communication and confidence interacting with clients and vendors
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Professionalism, discretion, and consistent follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Studio Designer (or the ability and desire to develop proficiency quickly)
LOCATION
Houston or New York preferred, but remote is possible, depending on experience.
