The Role:
As a Senior Designer, you will be the primary creative force and client lead on multiple projects. You are not just a designer; you are a storyteller and a conductor.
You will:
- Lead the Creative Vision: Conceptualize and develop comprehensive design schemes, including floor plans, custom millwork, and sophisticated FF&E selections.
- Drive Project Execution: Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships with absolute precision.
- Client Advocacy: Build and maintain high-touch relationships with our discerning clientele, guiding them through the design process with confidence and clarity.
- Technical Excellence: Supervise the production of detailed construction sets, elevations, and specifications.
Who You Are:
Experienced: You have 8+ years of experience in high-end luxury residential design (exposure to full-cycle renovations and new construction is a must).
Design-Obsessed: You have an encyclopedic knowledge of historic and contemporary design, and you stay ahead of the curve via outlets like Business of Home and AD.
A Strategic Leader: You have a proven track record of managing junior design staff and collaborating effectively with architects, builders, and artisans.
Proficient: You are a master of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software (Studio Designer).
