Faye Roeber Interiors is expanding and seeking a Senior Designer / Project Coordinator to join our growing coastal design studio. With a high volume of ground-up new construction projects throughout the Jersey Shore, we are looking for a right-hand professional who can step into a leadership role and help support the continued growth of the firm. This is an opportunity to work closely alongside the principal while also having the autonomy to manage projects with confidence.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in residential new builds and understands the full scope of construction coordination — from early architectural selections and finish schedules to builder communication and final installation. This role requires someone organized, decisive, and comfortable leading client meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining timelines. A refined eye for modern coastal and transitional design is essential, along with the ability to translate vision into clear, executable plans.
This position is designed for someone ready to grow within an established, fast-paced design firm. We are seeking a professional who is not only talented creatively, but also strategic, reliable, and capable of taking ownership of projects independently. The right person will become an integral part of the leadership structure as Faye Roeber Interiors continues to evolve and expand.
