Our portfolio consist of Townhouses, Summer Homes, Country Homes, Apartments and select Commercial spaces. This unique and growing firm is looking for someone with leadership skills, construction knowledge and creativity. Applicants should be comfortable with all phases of project management from schematic design to construction drawings and detailing.
Key responsibilities:
Production of working drawings
Project management
Ensure compliance with codes and requirements in the State of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Coordination of project team, consultants, and clients
Assist in construction administration efforts
Material selection and review
Skills and expertise
6+ years of architectural experience
New York State Architecture License (preferred but not required)
Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office
Balance of both design and technical skills
Excellent communication skills
