We are seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to join our New York showroom team. This role is suited to a design-literate professional with strong commercial instincts, a deep appreciation for high-end furniture and interiors, and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships within the design community.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for interior designers, architects, developers, and private clients
Guide clients through the consultation, specification, and purchasing process for luxury furniture, lighting, textiles, and custom interior elements
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with the professional design community and key private clients.
Prepare detailed quotations, specifications, and proposals with precision and attention to detail.
Manage projects through the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, timelines, and coordination with internal teams and European production partners.
Collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain an impeccable showroom presence aligned with LIAIGRE’s brand standards.
Participate in client presentations, showroom events, and industry activations as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years experience in high-end furniture, luxury interiors, or design-led showroom sales
Proven experience working with interior designers and architects (essential)
Strong understanding of luxury materials, craftsmanship, and the specification process
