Job Description

Cliff Young is seeking a hands-on Sales & Marketing Director to lead our showroom sales team, drive revenue growth, and oversee all marketing initiatives. This is a key leadership role in a small, design-focused business where strategic thinking and day-to-day execution are equally important.

Sales Leadership
• Lead, coach, and manage the showroom sales team and outside reps.
• Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute the FY26 sales strategy, including new revenue streams.
• Maintain showroom presentation, product curation, and inventory flow.
• Support production, project management, and customer service to ensure deadlines are met and clients are well-informed.
Marketing Ownership
• Build and manage the annual marketing plan and integrated marketing calendar.
• Oversee social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest): content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics.
• Produce or supervise blogs, email campaigns, product stories, and marketing collateral.
• Keep all website content current and aligned with marketing initiatives.
• Lead new product launches, coordinating photography, storytelling, showroom displays, and digital rollouts.
Events & Partnerships
• Plan and execute showroom events, designer evenings, and product unveilings.
• Manage all event logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Prepare for industry shows and attend key events with leadership.
Vendor & Analytics Management
• Manage external marketing vendors (e.g. social media agencies).
• Provide performance dashboards across sales, social media, website activity, events, email, and ROI.
• Recommend improvements to optimize results.

Job Requirements

• 6–10 years of combined sales + marketing experience, ideally in luxury interiors or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive revenue.
• A results-driven approach to achieving targets.
• Strong marketing skills: social media, content creation, brand storytelling, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on capabilities (reels, photo direction, email marketing, collateral creation).
• Proficiency with Zoho CRM, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, etc.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
• Warm, polished communication skills and a strong design aesthetic.
