Jan Kath Carpets is looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Representative for the New York/ Tristate area and targets clients in the interior design community including, architects and interior design professionals in the residential, commercial, and hospitality industries.

The Sales Representative is expected to interact with clients and develop new relationships through outside presentations, cold calling, client meetings, and networking.

The candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience in the luxury interior design field preferably in the high-end carpet industry. (2+ years in Trade Showroom sales)

Posses an existing client book with strong relationships with the design community.

Self-motivated and proactive in outreach; detail-oriented multitasker.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
