Procurement and Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented Project and Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will support the interior design team throughout the lifecycle of multiple high-end residential design projects by managing the procurement process and overseeing order details and logistics to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. This is a full-time, in-person, salaried position working from our studio in Nashville, TN.
RESPONSIBILITES include but are not limited to:
Manage the Purchasing Process
Manage Product Tracking, Shipping, & Receiving
Prepare & Plan for Design Installation
Support other business and administrative function
Bachelors degree or higher in related field
5-7+ years of professional experience in related field & role (purchasing manager, office manager, project management, interior design, etc.)
Experience with Studio Designer, Adobe, and Google Suite preferred
Experience in vendor management and customer service preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects and manage up to resolve prioritization challenges
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables at once
High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills, able to resolve issues and communicate in a manner that strengthens vendor relations and client satisfaction
