Thorsen Construction is looking for a new Office Assistant who will be responsible for a broad array of administrative duties. Office Assistant must be detailed oriented, customer service oriented, and have great communication skills. Prior experience in the construction or service industry is a bonus. 3-5 years of experience is preferred.
The Office Assistant's daily list of duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
Keep the office fully supplied and orderly
Organize, update, and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Manage and track deliveries, receipts, etc.
Manage phone calls and office calendar
Manage conference room for meetings
Provide management with necessary info and documentation upon request
Perform basic HR tasks
Assist Project Managers and Project Coordinators with daily tasks
Assist field team members with scheduling inspections, office requests
