As an Interior Designer/Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience, you’ll be involved in every stage of the design process—from concept to project completion. While design is at the heart of this role, it also involves a significant amount of project management. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with proactive drive, strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to follow-through.

Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Support the design and implementation of high-end residential projects from concept through completion.
Develop detailed technical drawings and models using AutoCAD.
Contribute to the development of design concepts, including furniture and finish selections, custom furniture development, and sourcing materials such as finishes, plumbing fixtures, and decorative hardware.
Prepare and present client-facing materials, including drawings, mood boards, material flat lays, and visual presentations.
Create proposals and purchase orders using Houzz/Ivy.
Manage project scopes, including prioritization, budget oversight, timelines, and scheduling.
Maintain clear and effective internal communication and provide regular project updates.
Collaborate and coordinate with vendors, architects, general contractors, builders, and tradespeople to ensure all design elements are executed seamlessly and according to plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver’s license and transportation
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture w/ 5-10 years in residential interior design; experience with large scale new construction, extensive renovations and familiarity on a construction site.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency with a PC, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)
Expertise in material sourcing, specifications, and managing custom furnishings.
