KGBL, a premier luxury furniture manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic In-Showroom Sales Representative to passionately drive sales and client relationships, positioning our brand as a memorable and influential presence in the luxury A&D community. As an ambassador of the KGBL brand, you will build and transform strong client relationships, expand market presence, handle strategic outreach and ensure the showroom meets the luxury standards of New York City.
o Welcome and assist showroom visitors proactively to drive sales while fostering a client-first culture that prioritizes their needs
o Execute local sales strategies that align with brand goals to enhance showroom performance
o Build strong relationships with existing and potential A&D clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored design solutions
o Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer service
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, industry events, and professional networks
o Achieve a benchmark of 10 outreach appointments per month, expanding the client base and increasing overall sales
o Collaborate with the team to handle new orders, schedules, payments, invoices, and inventory
o Oversee daily showroom operations to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure brand consistency
o Streamlining processes related to quoting, invoicing, logistics, order processing, and payments
o Actively contribute to showroom traffic by attending networking events and local industry engagement
Preferred Background
o Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the home luxury goods industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. High-end retail or interior design environment preferred.
o Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
o Knowledge: Strong understanding of the A&D industry, including product knowledge and market dynamics.
o Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
