Junior Interior Designer (Part-time with transition to full-time)

Michele Berrol Interiors, is a small design firm specializing in residential design. We are seeking a Junior Interior Designer who is detailed oriented and experienced with CAD, as well as 1-3 years minimum experience at an interior design firm. We value the ability to be flexible and multi-task with a ‘can do’ attitude. The Junior Designer will be responsible for assisting seniors on projects from the concept phase through installation. Candidate must have previous design industry experience, proficiency with CAD & photoshop, and familiarity with furniture manufacturers.
Responsibilities include:
· Assisting senior designers on all projects from concept phase through installation.
· Site measurements and inputting into CAD.
· Construction documents and millwork drawings.
· Assist with preparation for meetings with clients: sourcing furniture, textiles, accessories, creating mood boards.
· Create elevations and construction documents.
· Maintain and organize project material library.
Pay: Compensation Dependent on Experience.
