CEI is looking for an intermediate interior designer to join our small, collaborative team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, a strong communicator, and capable of seeing projects through from concept to completion.
Collaborate with Principal in developing design concepts - ability to interpret and advance the Principal's design vision
Create detailed drawings, renderings and project documentation
Prepare digital and physical presentations including design drawings, reference images, specifications, and physical samples.
Source and specify finishes & fixtures and maintain FF&E schedules
Source and maintain project samples and sample library
Product returns and vendor claims
Coordination with project partners including vendors, trades, contractors and architects
Potential for travel to site locations
Bachelor's Degree in a design related field
4-6 years experience in high-end residential design
Strong design background with good technical and detailed drawing skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Google Suite and Studio Designer
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication
