Location: In Studio, 113 N High St., West Chester, PA. Candidates must be able to commute to our West Chester studio and travel to local and occasional out-of-town project sites.
Pay Scale: $55,000-65,000 annual salary based on experience, with structured potential performance bonuses and opportunities for salary growth, after 90 days of employment.
Benefits (after 90 days): Healthcare stipend , PTO (increases with tenure), Paid major holidays, Per diem for long distance travel.
Equipment Provided: Company issued computer, monitors and required software.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core design workflows.
- Procurement and purchase order coordination, manage expediting and follow up.
- Supports FF&E research and product sourcing.
- Specifies the selection and sourcing of furnishings and finish materials, including custom upholstery, case goods, lighting, rugs, textiles, window treatments, decorative accessories, and architectural finishes.
- Attend client meetings, develop client presentations including presentation drawings and room boards.
- Assist in preparing materials for design presentations. Support the principal designer during presentations.
- Contribute to a team approach through the spirit of collaboration.
- Develop as-is drawings, furniture and lighting plans, and details.
- Assist with project budgets, specifications and finish schedules.
- Produce technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Organize and prioritize own work efforts as well as assist with organizing team members, tasks and meetings.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Technical/Vocational Degree in Interior Design, or Interior Architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end residential design and construction environment.
- High proficiency in Chief Architect or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Experience creating or following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Confident in presenting ideas both visually and verbally.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fast learner with a willingness to adopt new software and technical platforms.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for excellence in residential architecture and craftsmanship.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work at offsite locations and travel occasionally.
- Must be able to handle loads up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
