Sister Parish Design- We cater to a discerning clientele, including designers and design enthusiasts. As we continue to expand our market presence, we seek a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead our customer service team and drive sales performance.
The Inside Sales Manager will play a crucial role in our sales department by leading a two-person customer service team and will be the primary point of contact for all incoming product inquiries- trade and retail. This position is essential for ensuring a seamless order processing experience for our customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of sales acumen, operational management, and team leadership skills. The Inside Sales Manager will handle leads (including all sample sales) and inquiries generated from the company's marketing efforts as well as all interested customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the order processing, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of orders.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to identify potential designers to target, providing insights into market trends and customer needs.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery.
- Update our CRM system with information on customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to nurture ongoing relationships and follow up effectively.
- Collect customer feedback on their experiences, which can provide insights for product development and marketing strategy
- Ensure the customer service team adheres to policies and best practices while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Utilize NetSuite to track sales performance, and handle inventory inquiries.
- Provide operational support, including basic accounting functions, to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications:
Passion for luxury fabrics and wallpaper and an understanding of the industry is mandatory as well as prior working experience in this field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service management, preferably in a luxury or textiles market.
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Strong accounting skills and understanding of financial operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.
