Heritage Tile is seeking an experienced outside A&D sales manager in the NYC metro area to provide consistent outreach with existing customers, create new opportunities and maintain rigorous follow-up strategies to drive sales. Successful candidates must reside in the New York metro region and be able to work out of their home while calling on customers throughout the area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership on outside sales and business development
- Generate leads in new and existing market segments and develop a key account list
- Cultivate relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing relationships
- Develop product sales and penetration strategies to achieve quarterly targets
- Deliver strategic marketing programs: CEU lunch & learn sessions, product sampling systems and project consulting services
- Monitor revenue performance, develop sales forecasts and recommend product & service enhancements
- Oversee client projects to ensure expectations are exceeded
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Interior Design or Interior Architecture preferred
- 3+ years outside sales experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Willingness to work independently and ability to travel
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Power Point, Excel, and Word
