We are seeking a team player to work with principal and head designer to assist in
managing projects and developing design skills.
Collaborate with the principal, clients, architects, and contractors from concept
through installation.
Assist Principal in design meetings and in office, assist Principal with schedules,
meeting notes, resourcing materials, and relationships with vendors and
workrooms
Develop and assist with Design presentations.
Support in specifying furnishings, fabrics, and finishes.
Assist with invoices and purchase orders.
Source products and maintain relationships with industry vendors and
showrooms.
Contribute to maintaining and expanding the firm’s design resource library.
Assist with moving furniture in office showroom.
Experience with residential interior design and design resources a plus.
Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong interest in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Any familiarity with AutoCAD experience a plus.
Experience with QuickBooks Online a plus.
