We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, self starter who thrives in a busy work environment. A background in interior design is beneficial but not required for this position. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Critical thinker
Ability to take direction
Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software
Comfortable with basic math and tax settings
Ability to help streamline workflow
Excellent time management skills and has the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities will include:
Project mangement
Gathering quotes from vendors
Entering pricing into our design software, Design Manager
Assisting with social media
Creating design documents including warranty and construction binders, construction schedules, and client presentations
Ordering samples
Organizing office materials
Scheduling installations and deliveries
This is a hybrid position with some time in the office required but ability to work from home part-time.
DAG Design is a boutique interior design firm based in Dover, MA. We focus exclusively on high end residential design. Most of our projects are local to Massachusetts but we also currently have projects in Florida, Maine and New Jersey. We have two designers on staff as well as a procurement manager and part-time bookkeeper.
