The Community Lead is the on-the-ground heartbeat of TALD in their city — a connector, curator, and advocate who helps grow and activate our local professional community. This is a flexible, part-time role designed for someone with strong existing relationships in the architecture and design ecosystem. You’ll help bring exceptional professionals into TALD, host quarterly gatherings, strengthen ties with the real estate community, and thoughtfully expand TALD’s presence across your market.
- Strong, pre-existing network within the architecture, interior design, showroom, real estate, or design-PR communities.
- Natural relationship-builder with a track record of creating trusted connections.
- Experienced in the A&D ecosystem and fluent in how the industry operates.
- Comfortable planning and hosting intimate professional events.
- Excellent communicator, follow up skills — in person, over email, and across social platforms.
- Elevated aesthetic sensibility and familiarity with social media as a professional tool.
