The CAD Drafter will be an essential member of our design team, responsible for producing detailed construction drawings. Typical drawings will include plans, interior elevations, finish and materials schedules, and millwork drawings and details. This role requires a blend of creativity and precision, ensuring all designs not only meet our high standards but also comply with relevant regulations and codes. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers.
- Experienced drafter (3 years+), or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential design work.
- Proficient in CAD drafting with 2-5 years of working experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and maintain tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working well in a dynamic team environment and responding positively to feedback.
