Currently, Marble Systems has an immediate opening for an Architectural Sales Representative in our Bethesda, MD location.

Responsibilities:

• Sale of natural stone including granite, marble, limestone, slate and other hard surface products in the commercial construction market.
• Educate & consult with design professionals on specification and usage of natural stone and other hard surface products.
• Sampling of natural stones, porcelain tile, and ceramic tile.
• Contribute and maintain contacts to customer database
• Conduct a minimum number of calls to contractors & architects.
• Work with inside sales personnel to develop quotations and track projects.
• Submits periodic reports regarding activities such as daily call reports.
• Be responsible for product development and promotion

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Interior Design
• Experience in sales of natural stone products including granite, marble, slate and travertine as well as porcelain, ceramic, glass and other hard surface materials or flooring.
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer skills to facilitate quotes and product inventory queries
