Rachel Jackson has spent 20 years as an interior designer, but she was designing for sensory regulation long before she had language for it. Today she runs a neuroinclusive specialty practice working with neurodivergent families and collaborating across disciplines with occupational therapists, therapists, coaches, and organizers. She's trained designers across 22 countries and is launching an IDCEC-certified mentorship program in Spring 2026.
Rachel bridges two worlds that rarely talk: interior design and nervous system regulation. Designers create beautiful spaces, imagine also designing for how brains & bodies settle into those spaces.
