Chelsea Textiles hosted Phoebe Howard to celebrate the release of her latest book, Coastal Blues: Mrs. Howard’s Guide to Decorating With the Colors of the Sea and Sky.
Howard is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and, along with her husband, Jim, owns multiple design shops throughout the Southeast, including Mrs. Howard, James Michael Howard and Max & Co. While sourcing authentic materials from around the world, the Howards have maintained a longstanding relationship with Chelsea Textiles, utilizing the company’s furniture and fabrics for retail spaces and design projects.
