Nylon Consulting, a premier boutique firm renowned for its expertise in public relations, social media and content services for the interior design and home industries, celebrated its 10th anniversary with a fête on May 16.
Established by industry visionary Laura Bindloss, the agency has flourished over the past decade, building a best-in-class roster of clients and securing unprecedented partnerships, including groundbreaking collaborations with esteemed institutions and brands.
The agency celebrated its anniversary at Champers in New York’s SoHo, which was attended by clients past and present such as Everick Brown Design, WallPops, MR Architects, Pooky Lighting, Imparfait Design, Society Social, Dekar Design and Isla Porter; industry partners from the Design Leadership Network and The Beaux Arts; current and former employees; editors from Business of Home, The Wall Street Journal and Luxe; as well as friends of the agency like Jim Druckman and Alix Lerman from the New York Design Center who have been an integral part of its journey.
“In 2014, I took a momentous step in my career and formally established Nylon Consulting,” said Bindloss. “Today, as we celebrate ten years, it’s incredible to reflect on how far we’ve come. From expanding into social media and content services, to launching our sister company, the video brand Designer Home Tours, our growth has been remarkable. As we celebrate this milestone, we remain dedicated to innovation and pushing the bar of communications excellence in everything we do.”
“The New York Design Center has loved working with Nylon for many years, first as a partner and now as a client,” said Lerman, chief marketing officer at NYDC. “While they do so many wonderful things for us, one thing that stands out is that the agency is always there when we need them and are ready to support us regardless of the ask. With Nylon there is always a solution—a way to work towards a goal and the approach is always logical and pragmatic. We congratulate Nylon on its 10th anniversary!”
