On October 11, Eichholtz welcomed an exclusive guest list of press, top designers and global clientele for a private all-access tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in celebration of the launch of their inaugural collaboration. There, attendees explored the various galleries housing the original works that inspired the collection. Afterward, the group embarked to a celebratory reception at the iconic Bemelmans Bar at the nearby Carlyle Hotel.
Among the 70 guests invited to enjoy the tour and reception were Sheila Bridges, Joy Moyler, Rayman Boozer, Mel Studach, Everick and Lisa Brown, Patti Carpenter, Kate Kelly Smith, Brittany Chevalier, Virginia Toledo, Jessica Geller, DuVäl Reynolds, Helena Madden, Isabel Molster and Shelby Black.
“The New York launch of our collaboration collection with the Metropolitan Museum was truly a celebration of art, culture, history and design,” said Edwin Van Der Gun, chief creative officer of Eichholtz. “It was a special evening that we were so delighted to share with our esteemed guests in advance of the U.S. launch at High Point Market.”
