Design Crew services consist of free appointments to consult on style, including paint and fabric recommendations; custom floor plans; installation (for a fee); and what the brand calls “personal solutions,” such as closet organization and party planning.

“Innovation that best serves our customers’ needs in-store and online is our priority, and the new Design Crew allows us to provide customers with outstanding service and a range of aesthetics and products across all of our brands at the same time,” says Laura Alber, president and CEO of Williams-Sonoma Inc.

“The Design Crew experience enables us to maximize our competitive advantage of diverse brands, grow our in-store and online businesses, and further our commitment to provide outstanding service to our customers.”

The service is currently accessible via any store in the Williams-Sonoma portfolio. Staff are available to assist with decorating, renovating, entertaining, cooking and gift giving.
