Led by U.K. design magazine et al, the International Design and Architecture Awards has announced its shortlist, honoring a host of design talent in a selection of categories including residential architecture, interior design and product design. To be judged by industry professionals, clients, customers and the magazine's readers, some of the featured categories include: Bathroom; Bedroom; Home Cinema; Kitchens; and Living Space, in addition to an array of residential interior design, architecture and office categories.

Some of the notable firms and their projects making the shortlist cut include: Boscolo's private residence project in London; living space projects in Miami; Laguna House and Vero Beach by CAD International, Dorothee Junkin Design Studio and Shiny Bones; bedrooms by Camelia Interiors, Studio Tesei and Taylor Interiors; and bathrooms by Cave Interiors and Stephen Clasper Interiors, among others.
