Located in the La Cienega Design Quarter in Los Angeles, the new Stark showroom has introduced Stark Home, a division for retail customers offering a range of area rugs and home accessories.

“We decided to take our act to the street,” said Bill Ward, Director at Stark. “The space is divided into a trade-only showroom and one that’s open to trade and retail costumers.”

Ward explained that Stark will continue to focus and cater to its trade customers but they hope that this new concept will broaden its customer base .

“This is a thrilling time for us,” said President Steven Stark. “Opening on La Cienega represents a bold, new vision for our brand.”

The 9,000 s.f. showroom offers an expanded selection of custom-designed carpets and rugs, including exclusives from Missoni Home, Ralph Lauren Home, David Hicks, Alexa Hampton, Charlotte Moss, Sherrill Canet and more.

“There is a national trend where designers are sourcing farther and wider, so we are really going to focus on the street showrooms,” said Ward. “None of our other locations are as refined or finished to the same level as this one is, it’s a fantastic location.”

Stark has also expanded its presence in the Pacific Design Center with a new Stark Fabric showroom that includes Stark’s extensive offerings of fabrics and wallcoverings.
