The Editor at Large received several emails regarding a potentially fraudulent claim by the designer Kenneth Bordewick with regard to a post which ran earlier today.
Upon further investigation and an official statement from a St James Palace spokesperson, the reporter learned that the claim is indeed untrue.
The spokesperson told The Editor at Large: "Kenneth Bordewick has not been commissioned to design interiors for Prince William and Miss Catherine Middleton."
