Now in its second year, Dwell on Design New York, the fair created and curated by Dwell magazine's editors, is returning for three days. Unfolding October 2 to 4 at Skylight Clarkson Square in Soho, the show will feature almost 40 sessions plus the potential for attendees to earn up to 18 CEUs in a program organized around four pillars: Business of Design; Authentic Design; Furniture and Product Design, and Resiliency.

Educational sessions include highlights such as The Intersection of Architecture and Furniture Design with Matthew Hufft, AIA, whose modern farmhouse appeared on Dwell’s October 2012 cover; Designed, Sealed, Delivered: Direct-to-Consumer Business Models for Designers, with Andrew Erdle, Director of Product & Operations at The Sill, Nao Santos of Homepolish, and Jenny Morrill of Move Loot; and Designing for a Good Night’s Sleep, with social entrepreneur Sam Pardue of Indow.
