DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS) will host its third-ever Thanks for Giving cocktail party on November 18, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the Herman Miller showroom in New York. The event will honor the foundation’s 2015 grantees, who are working to change the lives of those living with HIV/AIDS.
“Thanks for Giving allows us to give thanks to our biggest supporters and showcase our grantees, who help individuals living with HIV/AIDS and provide preventative services to those most at risk. We couldn’t think of a more perfect time than the holidays to bring together leaders of the design and philanthropic industries to raise awareness and show the collective power we have to fight this disease,” explains Johanna Osburn, DIFFA executive director.
