After several months of anticipation, a new tenant has been secured for the ground level retail space in the Decoration & Design Building. CB2, Crate & Barrel's contemporary furniture chain, signed a 15-year-lease with owner Charles S. Cohen for 13,265 square feet, the New York Post reports.

Defined as "affordable, modern housewares and furniture," the new CB2 will open this fall taking over the vacancy left by Duane Reade and Chase.
