A&D Building to host Taste of T food and design event

The Architects & Designers Building (A&D) in New York will invite chefs, authors, interior designers and foodies to participate in the 10th-annual Taste of T on Thursday, November 7. Thirty showrooms will host notable guests for culinary demonstrations, wine tastings and book signings.

Participating chefs include Jeremy Bearman of Rouge Tomate; Franklin Becker of The Little Beet; Emma Bengtsson of Aquavit; David Bouley of Brushstroke; Rebecca Charles of Pearl Oyster Bar; Ariane Daguin of D’Artagnan; Mario Danieli of Sant Ambroeus; Carmine DiGiovanni of Greenwich Project; Alex Guarnaschelli of Iron Chef America; Kerry Heffernan of TVs’ Top Chef Masters; Shaun Hergatt of Juni; Matt Lambert of The Musket Room; Sarabeth Levine of Sarabeth’s; Bill McDaniel of The Red Cat; Marco Moreira of Tocqueville and 15 East; Alfred Portale of Gotham Bar & Grill; Raffaele Ronca of Rafele; Soulaphet “Phet” Schwader of Khe-Yo; Bryce Shuman of Betony; Roxanne Spruance of Alison Eighteen; Luke Venner of BLT Fish; and Isao Yamada of Brushstroke.

Participating A&D Building showrooms include Allmilmo Manhattan, Alno USA, Artistic Tile, B&B Italia, Bilotta Kitchens, Bosch Design Center, Brown Jordan, Carlisle Wide Plank Floors, Clive Christian NY, Davis & Warshow – Kitchen & Bath Center, Edward Fields Carpet Makers, Eggersmann Kitchens, Exquisite Surfaces, Fantini USA, Gaggenau Design Studio, GE Monogram, Hastings Tile & Bath, Lefroy Brooks, Listone Giordano Wood Floors, Miele, Paris Ceramics, Poggenpohl, Poliform, SieMatic, SMEG USA, Snaidero USA, St. Charles, Sub-Zero | Wolf, Thermador Design Center, Valli & Valli USA, Varenna Kitchens by Poliform and Wood-Mode | ACK.

The building’s newest showrooms will also be open: Bosch Design Center, Gaggenau Design Studio, Thermador Design Center and Lefroy Brooks.

Tickets are available for $95. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to God’s Love We Deliver, the non-profit organization committed to providing meals to people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses.
