Leslie Carothers, CEO of The Kaleidoscope Partnership and Savour Partnership, pioneered the use of social media marketing for the furniture and interior design industries, where she has been involved for the past 38 years. Since 2008, The Kaleidoscope Partnership has helped over 50 major and emerging brands reach their goals faster. Today, the company is focused on providing strategic advisory services to brands and interior designers, and providing training to in-house teams on various aspects of digital and social media. As co-owner of Savour Partnership,  she and business partner Sam Henderson design, write and market digital publications that help brands generate revenue. Currently, she serves as the co–editor in chief of the consumer lifestyle publication Seasonal Living Magazine. Carothers also facilitates the interior designer–focused Facebook group Design Wealth, where she helps designers learn how to design income into their websites and social channels.
