Brianna Scott Interiors is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Studio Coordinator to support the Principal and contribute to the seamless daily operations of the studio. This role is integral to maintaining the pace, polish, and efficiency of a growing high-end residential design firm.
The Studio Coordinator serves as a trusted partner—supporting both studio operations and select project-related workflows, including procurement, pricing, and administrative project coordination. This position requires someone who is naturally anticipatory, highly organized, and confident managing multiple moving parts with discretion and precision.
In addition to studio operations, this role includes select personal support for the Principal, requiring a high level of trust, flexibility, and confidentiality.
The Role:
-Manage and coordinate the Principal’s schedule, meetings, and day-to-day priorities
-Support overall studio operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and follow-through across all administrative functions
-Assist with project coordination, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
-Support procurement processes, including vendor communication, order tracking, and documentation
-Assist with pricing, proposals, and budget tracking to support project needs
-Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, including clients, vendors, and consultants
-Assist with travel coordination, scheduling, and select personal tasks as needed
-Maintain organization of documents, systems, and studio materials
-Support invoicing, expense tracking, and administrative financial processes
-Assist with general studio needs to ensure a polished and well-run environment
The Ideal Candidate:
-3–5 years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally within a design, creative, or client-facing environment
-Experience supporting a principal, founder, or senior leader in a high-touch setting
-Exposure to or interest in procurement, pricing, or project coordination within a design or related industry
-Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a natural ability to anticipate needs
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presence
-Comfortable managing multiple priorities with discretion, calmness, and efficiency
-Trustworthy, adaptable, and aligned with a service-oriented, detail-driven studio environment
-Confident interfacing with clients, vendors, and external partners
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in core platforms including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
-Familiarity with Style Row or similar procurement/accounting platforms is a plus
-Experience with invoicing, pricing, expense tracking, or procurement workflows is preferred
-Reliable transportation and availability for errands and in-person support
