Job Description

The Boston Showroom Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring the showroom team, driving sales performance, managing daily operations, and ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience for our clients. Job Requirements

Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside and outside sales representatives to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Create a positive, respectful, and motivating environment that promotes employee retention and professional growth.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching conversations.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members in alignment with company standards and culture.
• Actively manage the search, recruitment, and hiring of a new outside sales representative to support territory sales efforts.
Sales & Client Development
• Drive showroom and territory sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Build strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and key clients across New England.
• Actively participate in client meetings, events, and showroom appointments to support the team and foster client loyalty.
• Maintain a visible presence in the showroom, supporting both sales and client service.
Operational Excellence
• Oversee showroom operations, ensuring proper inventory management, visual merchandising, and order processing.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Communicate proactively with senior leadership, sharing updates, challenges, and market opportunities.
Communication & Culture
• Model clear, respectful, and timely communication with employees, clients, and leadership.
• Foster a spirit of collaboration and shared accountability within the team.
• Uphold Pierre Frey’s values, ensuring all actions reflect our brand’s commitment to excellence, respect, creativity, and teamwork.
Key Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of showroom management, luxury retail management, or sales team leadership experience, preferably in interior design, home furnishings, or luxury goods.
• Strong track record of team building, employee retention, and mentoring.
