Ashli Mizell Inc., a high-end residential interior design firm based in Center City Philadelphia, is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. With projects spanning the Northeast, coastal Florida, and the Northern Rockies, our work is recognized for its thoughtful detail, timeless sophistication, and bespoke approach.
The Senior Designer will be responsible for leading projects from concept through completion, including client communication, design development, drafting and documentation, procurement, and installation oversight. We are looking for someone who brings creative energy, technical precision, and the ability to balance vision with execution. Our studio is collaborative and free-thinking. Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in high-end residential interior design
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and InDesign (Studio Designer/Studio IT experience a plus)
- Ability to produce detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and presentations
- Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing, custom furniture, and finishes
- Experience preparing budgets, proposals, and managing procurement
- Comfortable coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors on-site
- Excellent client presentation, communication, and organizational skills
