Achieve personal and store sales plan
Collaborate with team to develop and execute strategies to grow sales in the territory
Effectively manage accounts and relationships in CRM system
Grow the business in the consumer and A&D business sectors
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to drive traffic and support outside sales efforts
Ensure an exceptional customer experience from quote to installation
Assist in maintaining visual brand standards in the showroom
Assist in managing all operational aspects of the showroom
Hire, train and manage additional store team members as needed
Responsible for all functions of the Store Manager as required
Perform other duties as required or assigned
Verify accuracy of sales orders and manage daily cash/credit transactions and reporting.
Respond to/resolve common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
BA or BS is preferred
3-5 years leadership and sales experience in either consumer and/or A&D business sectors
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Hubspot CRM system preferred
Ability to handle difficult situations and to provide superior client service to both external and internal clients and staff
Able to work extended hours up to and including some holidays, evenings and weekends.
The ability to travel as required

Brown Jordan, Co. is seeking an Sales Manager for our Miami location, reporting to the Miami Store Manager. This role will be responsible for assisting in leading all facets of the business in the territory, focusing on developing business in both the A&D and consumer sales channels, as well as maintaining the physical location.
