A little bit about our team:
The Operations team at Redo is charged with purchasing and tracking orders on behalf of Redo’s collective of designers. The team also invoices for a limited number of projects, as well as overseeing receiving warehouses and the resolution of items received damaged. Additionally, the team manages the procurement of new warehouses for projects in new markets. The Operations team provides the design team frequent updates regarding product pricing, availability, and ship dates.

Your role:
The role of Coordinator, Operations/Project Coordinator is one that is critical to the success of the department + Redo. You will be involved in maintaining the smooth running of projects, resolving issues that arise with products and vendors, as well as supporting the operations team with various projects.

Here you’ll get to:
Create new products in our design business management software, Ivy
Invoice products for various projects in Ivy
Complete purchase orders on approved invoices that have been approved and paid on
Procure warehouse and receiving services on behalf of clients in new territories/markets
Manage estimated ship dates and expectations with design teams
Track estimated ship dates, ship dates, and received dates in Ivy for purchased items
Partner with finance team to ensure they have all invoices that need payment and/or receipts that need to be reconciled
Educate design teams on invoice parameters relative to increased shipping/freight costs, applicable surcharges,

Education and gifting to be able to complete above the task.
