Young, vibrant, and growing firm seeks a highly functioning, detail-oriented Project Manager and Procurement Specialist to assist in the design execution of high-end residential interiors. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with efficiency, who thrives in managing high-level details, can manage multiple moving parts, and can ensure that every detail aligns with the design vision of Principal Designers. We are an expanding and thriving company with optimal growth potential.
Requirements + Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience or relevant internship experience in interior design, business management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction, FF& E-procurement, and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Must be proficient in the following programs: Studio Designer, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Sheets.
- A plus is proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, and 3D modeling programs.
- Experience in creating construction documents is a plus.
- Experience with product sales and inventory management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute to a team-based environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
- Ability to interact effectively with designers, builders, subcontractors, and workrooms
- Access to a car and willingness to drive a 30-mile radius.
- Adaptable and eager to learn, ready to take on various responsibilities.
