Coordinate and manage project installations, including scheduling deliveries, overseeing vendors and installers, and supporting on-site installation and styling
Assist in creating and tracking client budgets and orders
Draft presentations, editing images in Photoshop and Canva and putting into mood boards and space planning
Project manage smaller scale projects and report to Senior Project Manager
Request and receive estimates and quotes from design showrooms, workrooms, cabinetmakers and other vendors
Travel to stores, showrooms, antique galleries to source FF&E
Degree in 2+ years of experience at an Interior Design firm with knowledge of both design and construction management
Skilled in the following programsAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, In-Design, and a working knowledge of rendering programs
Able to juggle multiple deadlines, project scopes, and aesthetics simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent follow through
Friendly, approachable demeanor, comfortable working in a home office
Energetic and ability to be active for most of the day on jobsite visits or visiting showrooms
Able to work in person, and travel with the team throughout NYC, Westchester, Long Island & CT

We are a luxury residential Interior Design firm seeking a junior/mid level interior designer with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience for full time employment. Candidates should have a strong background in interior design and be capable of working efficiently under deadlines. All applicants should be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starters who are flexible to work on a variety of projects. Applicants must have strong communication skills in order to work well within a team setting but also have enough experience and drive to work autonomously. The position requires direct involvement in every aspect of the design process.
