Hilary Matt Interiors, a Upper East Side based Interior Design Studio is seeking an Interior Design Project Manager. Candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in an interior design office!
- Coordinate all Procurement Project Activity from Project Kick-Off to Completion
- Assist in Defining Project Scope, Timelines, Goals and Deliverables
- Develop Purchase Orders and Review Acknowledgments
- Meet with Team Weekly to Review Progress
- Take Proactive Lead as Problems Arise to Find Solutions & Ensure Client Satisfaction
- Manage and Lead Procurement and Installs for Multiple Large Scale Projects
- Reliable and accurate, exacting, detail-conscious attitude with effective time management and organizational skills
- Travel may be required for installs
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 Years’ Experience in Interior Design Industry
- Ability To Conform to Shifting Priorities, Demands and Timelines Through Analytical and Problem-Solving Capabilities
- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Ability To Effectively Prioritize and Execute Tasks in a High-Pressure (but fun) Environment
- Ability To Effectively Meet Multiple Moving Deadlines
