• 3+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Proven background in interior design, architecture or a closely related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a multi-project portfolio simultaneously without losing detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including confident client-facing presentation ability.
• Strong financial acumen — experience managing project budgets and proposal accountability.
• Proficiency with industry platforms (Studio Designer, AutoCAD etc).
Preferred Experience
• Experience in a design-forward or luxury brand environment with high client service expectations.
• Familiarity with residential construction, FF&E procurement, and installation logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and project visualization tools.
