On Tuesday, September 26, Arhaus, a leader in artisan-crafted and responsibly sourced home furnishings, hosted a captivating and intimate dinner held at The Greenhouse at Nine Orchard. The occasion marked a significant moment for the brand and was a dual celebration, introducing ‘Rooted: A Story Uncommon’ and unveiling its fall 2023 collection.
As the first volume of Storied, a new editorial series sharing the stories and traditions behind Arhaus’s artisan partners and their hand-crafted furniture from all corners of the globe, ‘Rooted: A Story Uncommon’ is an intimate tribute to the artistry of Arhaus’s partners in Mexico who share the brand’s vision of crafting beautiful, heirloom-quality pieces that can be used and loved for generations, emphasizing the creative process of cherished collections.
The event brought together 28 guests, from interior designers and influencers to press, including Danielle Blundell of Apartment Therapy, Mel Studach of AD Pro, Fred Nicolaus of Business of Home, Asad Syrkett and Anna Fixsen of Elle Decor, Olivia Hosken of House Beautiful, Lisa Stewart of T: The New York Times Style Magazine, Jordan Slocum and Barry Bordelon of The Brownstone Boys, Mallory Fletchall, Rayman Boozer, Candice Huffine, Shelly Lynch-Sparks of Hyphen & Co., Keia McSwain of NeKeia + Company, Christiane Lemieux of Lemieux et Cie, Mikel Welch and Teressa Foglia.
The event offered a deeply immersive experience, shedding light on Arhaus’s roots and partnership with artisans in Mexico while granting attendees an exclusive look at the fall 2023 collection. Arhaus’s collection this season presents an array of new performance upholsteries, organic finishes, unique seating silhouettes, resilient textures and seasonably rich color statements. With new offerings on display and dinner served using the brand’s fall dining introductions, guests had the opportunity to experience the collection firsthand while enjoying great company, food, drinks and live music.
“Our ‘Rooted’ celebration was a significant moment for Arhaus, and I’m proud of our team’s collaboration to successfully activate an experience that authentically underscored the heritage, values and magic behind Arhaus in such an inspiring environment,” said Hannah Wickberg, associate director of public relations, partnerships and experiential marketing for the company. “We were honored to have had the opportunity to share the stories and traditions behind our artisan partners in Mexico with such a vibrant, diverse and attentive group of press, creatives and industry leaders.”
