The AIANY Interiors Committee is offering a tour of the 36SML house in Amagansett, NY, designed by architecture firm LEVENBETTS, on July 25. Guided by firm partners David Leven, AIA, and Stella Betts, the tour will introduce attendees to the award-winning residence, known for its unique triple-spoke organization, which creates interesting architectural features, notably three yards, and a covered entry with an open-stepped sundeck above.

The LEVENBETTS home is located in Amagansett.

The house, which has earned a spot in the AIANY Interiors Residential Review, has also received a 2015 Architecture Podium International Award, and was showcased in ARCHITECT magazine, in addition to being featured on ArchDaily, Curbed and Dezeen. New York-based architecture practice LEVENBETTS has earned seven AIANY awards, three Society of American Registered Architects (SARA) awards and two International Podium awards, among others.
