"Be Shocked, Be Amazed! See furniture torn apart before your very eyes," the invitation states. The Great Buzz Off event will take place at High Point Market on Monday, April 4 at 5:00 p.m., organized by the Sustainable Furnishings Council (SFC).

Hosted by interior designer, TV personality and SFC Green Leader Thom Filicia, with an appearance by interior designer and SFC Green Leader Raymond Waites, the event promises to be "noisy, messy, fun and informative."
Attendees will see the differences between sustainable and ordinary products exposed through a side-by-side demonstration of furniture literally cut apart with knives, scissors, and a buzz saw.
